Phase IV Continues
Rappahannock United Way (RUW) is currently carrying out Phase IV of Community Impact in which we engage experts in Education, Income, and Health. In July, the Community Impact Task Force Phase IV Subcommittee met with representatives from Mary Washington Healthcare, the
Education: Children and adults fulfill their emotional, social, academic, and vocational potential.
Income: Households are financially independent.
Health: Individuals realize improved health status.
Mary Washington Healthcare is currently leading a community-wide initiative in which RUW will participate called the Healthy Communities Partnership, a collaborative effort of public and community organizations with an ultimate goal of improving the health of our community. Bring Out the Experts!
Education: Children and adults fulfill their emotional, social, academic, and vocational potential.
Income: Households are financially independent.
Health: Individuals realize improved health status.
We are always available to support our nonprofit agencies and help them build their capacities. Some upcoming trainings for nonprofits fall on the first Friday of every month:
